“Reporting Diversity in ESG”

We are pleased to announce that this year we are once again preparing the LGBTI+ Business Forum 2024. It will take place on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, between 8:30 and 13:00 in Bratislava. 

 
We are planning a diverse program for you, with this year’s theme being Reporting Diversity in ESG in the context of upcoming new reporting obligations:
 

• What belongs in an ESG report and in what form?
• What are reportable activities within the Social part?
• What are examples of best practice in DEI reporting?
• What options do companies and organizations have for measuring and reporting workplace inclusiveness?

These and many other questions that companies in Slovakia are facing will be answered by experts on ESG reporting and Corporate Responsibility, representatives of the non-profit sector and corporate DI specialists. We will also show what the practical experience of a Slovak company looks like in preparing for reporting on their DI programme and activities aimed at LGBTI+ employees. During the program, several companies will also present their specific projects for improving inclusion in the workplace (not only) for LGBTI+ employees. Up to date information, including the event venue, will be published on this website when confirmed.

Who is the Forum for?

We welcome anyone interested in and/or with the means to influence policies on diversity and inclusion. The topic of this year’s forum is primarily focused on business leaders, HR professionals, people managers, DI champions and ESG or CSR specialists. The Forum will primarily be held in Slovak, but simultaneous interpretation into English will be provided.
